What will we do in this class?
➡️ I will guide you through a body drop-in to settle, ground and prepare for inner work.
➡️ Each person present will introduce themselves and share an intention or longing for our time together.
➡️ We will agree to confidentiality.
➡️ I will teach a bit on what Family Constellations work is and how we do it, and why it works.
➡️ I will do a demo with 2-3 people present to show how you can step directly into your family energy field to find the truth of what is being held.
➡️ I will guide a full process with those present stepping in to participate.
➡️ We will share 'needs met' 'gifts received' from your experience to close our time together.

About your facilitator.
I love guiding people through the heartbreak of the wounds they carry, and into the grace of their own healing power.
I believe that talking to others about our struggles is a beautiful opening, but to truly discharge the many layers of suffering and reach the breakthroughs we long for, we must go deeper than talking.
I have over 26 years of study and practice working with energy healing and trauma clearing–both personal trauma, and generational trauma.
My work emerges from training in Craniosacral Therapy, Energy Healing, Somatic Experiencing, Family Constellations Work, and mentorship from my elder and teacher of 17 years, Eliot Cowan.
I’ve been guiding group and 1:1 healing work for many moons now and delight in moving participants from shy and scared, to connected and in awe of our common humanity.
Each of us requires a Healing Room.
Not because we are broken--but because it is the ground of initiation into our greatest gifts.
