What will we do together?
I will guide you through a body drop-in to settle, ground and prepare for deeper work.
Each person present will introduce themselves and share an intention or longing for our time together.
We will agree to confidentiality. The group will not be recorded.
Whomever is ready to work on a pressing issue to receive help can 'step forward' so I can guide them through deeper work.
Those who witness and hold space will get to observe and feel the skills that I am using to help transform emotional and physical energy blocks.
There will be time for 2-3 of these processes with 2-3 different participants.
We may drop into short, guided generational trauma soul movements with the participation of those present.
We will share 'needs met' 'gifts received' from your experience to close our time together.
Magic happens when we hear our story in someone else's struggles.
About your facilitator.
I love guiding people through the heartbreak of the wounds they carry, and into the grace of their own healing power.
I believe that talking to others about our struggles is a beautiful opening, but to truly discharge the many layers of suffering and reach the breakthroughs we long for, we must go deeper than talking.
I have over 26 years of study and practice working with energy healing and trauma clearing–both personal trauma, and generational trauma.
My work emerges from training in Craniosacral Therapy, Energy Healing, Plant Spirit Medicine, Somatic Experiencing, Family Constellations Work, and mentorship from my elder and teacher of 17 years, Eliot Cowan.
I’ve been guiding group and 1:1 healing work for many moons now and delight in moving participants from shy and scared, to connected and in awe of our common humanity.
Each of us requires a Healing Room.
Not because we are broken--but because it is the ground of initiation into our greatest gifts.
The Journey:
➡️ In our head=talking about it.
➡️ Drop into the body to feel the energy patterns and blockages as sensations (felt sense).
➡️ Learn how to navigate painful sensations and blocked or big waves of emotion.
➡️ Unpack the “content” held in the blocked energy.
➡️ Give those stuck parts of yourself what they need to release, transform and heal.

➡️ Drop into the deeper source of the block that is held in your family energy field.
➡️ Track it to the exact unresolved trauma in your family system.
➡️ Work at Soul level to discharge the energy charge of this deeper block and generational pain.
➡️ Connect it back to what you are experiencing today in your present day challenges and symptoms.
➡️ Integrate this new depth of awareness with homework, ritual re-patterning, and practicing new ways of communicating in your relationships and life.
